The main activities of OÜ Playtech Estonia are programming and computer graphics work. The 100% owner of the company's shares is Playtech Holdings Ltd (registered in the Isle of Man).

The main product of the Playtech group is online casinos, and a considerable part of the development work takes place in Estonia. An online casino consists of various products, of which the player and casino management system, online casino platform, and Live casino environment are developed in Estonia.

In addition, there is also an infrastructure development and management unit in Estonia, as well as customer support.

The company ended 2022 with a profit thanks to the continuation of cooperation with existing business partners and new contracts concluded by the parent company. All services created by the company go for export, and settlements were made in euros. In 2022, total sales amounted to 47 million Euros

to the Playtech group company Playtech Software Ltd (registered in the UK) (2021: 39mEUR).

In the 2023 financial year, the company plans to continue operations and also grow. With the entry into new markets, it is often necessary to adapt the existing product to comply with regulations, which involves additional work in addition to ongoing development work. As a result, plans are in place to recruit additional employees.

In the 2022 financial year, investments were made totaling 1.3mEUR (2021: 1.6mEUR). The majority of this, 1.1mEUR, was spent on new employees' work tools and existing employees' work tools and IT infrastructure upgrades. In 2023, plans are to continue investments at the same level.

The vast majority of transactions are in Euros, so the impact of currency risk is low. The company has no loans, so a significant increase in Euribor does not increase financial costs.

Red Cross and several other non-profit organizations in their activities.
